Inspiring Interiors I have found this week 06/03
What a week, I am so tired, been super busy I can tell you. Firstly I have been beside myself as my website crashed. It’s taken 8 days to try and sort out and have the time to try and put all the photos back on each post! I still have about 20 pictures to sort. It probably sounds easy but when you published a post 6 months ago, it’s hard to remember what pictures I used! Anyway nearly there thank goodness.
Krynkl is the name of a new building concept brought to Sheffield in the form of shipping containers all made up together to create an area of dynamic business’s and creative direction, and the best part a roof top bar, that has been developed by The Milestone. I got to go there on Saturday night and I loved it. I have to say I was very cold, as had walked from Peddler event to Krynkl, on a very wet evening, so I need to do a full review and go back when the weather is a little brighter. I loved it though and it has an edge, just like Boxpark has in Shoreditch.
This week I have been watching the new series that came out Cold Feet. I always loved the original series, so thought would be nice to watch this. As you know I am drawn to the interiors of programmes and films and I loved the Kitchens in this new series. It’s fab to go to each scene and see how each interior has been made to look different and fit in with that particular character. James Nesbitt in this series is renting an industrial style apartment and well it’s lovely what can I say? I love the Kitchen in this
My 20th wedding anniversary was on Wednesday the 1st March, and we went for lunch, then we went for a meal on Saturday and close family came to Tamper Coffee, where we hired the Boardroom out. The atmosphere was very relaxed, and I loved how the room sits up away from the busy restaurant, so it means there is a calm quiet feeling in that room. Rachel from the lovely Kelham Cakery made us a cake. I said I wanted it to feed 12 people as that was the number of people coming to the meal. The cake was amazing, and there was enough cake to feed 12, and for them to take a piece home.
I am going to cover a full post on Tamper Coffee, the interiors and talk about Rachel and Kelham Cakery, later on in the week so please come back 🙂

March 9, 2017 at 6:47 pmKrynkl sounds so interesting, a building made up of shipping containers! I have seen some people actually using them to build homes and some of them are really beautiful. So sorry to hear your site crashed, what an absolute pain to have to go back and put all your pictures back into posts. Congratulations on your 20 years of marriage, that is fantastic x

March 11, 2017 at 11:40 pmI know Rachel, although there is an entire area in Shoreditch called Boxpark that has a few containers together and makes up shops, cafe’s and bars and its lovely to go visit too.
